"La Trouvaille" sleeps 6 in two bedrooms, plus a pull-out queen-sized bed in the den/day room.

Air-conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and sitting rooms.

The full bathroom on the middle floor is generously sized, with toilet, two sinks, fully tiled shower with grab bars for added safety,  and heated towel racks. On the top floor is a new, fully-tiled bathroom with rain showerhead, heated towel rack, toilet. On the ground floor is a small WC--toilet only--convenient to the kitchen and the den/day room. 

WiFi is provided throughout the house. Guests must provide their own computer, but a printer is provided. 

FREE international calling to landlines (and U.S. and Canadian cell phones) with Internet-based phone service.

Entertainment systems:
Internet-based television featuring 110+ French and some English channels on flat-panel HDTVs; Chromecast installed on both HDMI televisions; Blu-ray home theater system, CD player; small collection of DVDs and music.

Cookbooks, recreational fiction, and a collection of books about French culture, language, history and travel are provided, as well as local hiking guides and maps.

Bosch washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Gas grill:
Propane gas grill on the terrace.  Mini-fridge and picnic supplies.

Garage parking:
A private, one-car garage may be provided during busy village summer festivals. Contact owner for details.

Sablet's small grocer has a surprising selection of goods, including fresh local produce, cheese and deli offerings, local wines.  Friday morning's small market may feature a fish truck, vendors of local honey or fresh goat cheeses, Italian specialties, Moroccan couscous, farm-fresh local produce, fresh roasting chickens, and local baked and prepared goods. There are several larger grocery stores in the area. Closest are SuperU and Intermarché in Vaison-la-Romain. Grand Frais in Orange has fine foods, organic products and out-of-season fruits and vegetables.

Medical services in the village include a pharmacy, physicians office, and a dentist. Closest hospitals are in Vaison-la-Romaine and Orange.

Convenient ATM in the village, as well as a Tabac, a florist, 2 hairdressing shops, day spa, and a very fine tourist information office with a wine-tasting room.

A playground and boules courts are a short walk from "La Trouvaille."  Boules de petanque sets and rules of play for those new to the game are provided.
